No. The whole re-export happens entirely in your browser.
How long does this take?
Roughly as long as the video itself — this re-encodes by playing the clip back internally, there's no way to do it faster without a much heavier tool this site deliberately avoids (see the FAQ on other video tools for why).
Will the output look identical to the original?
Visually yes, but it is a re-encode, not a copy — expect a similar but not byte-identical file size, and a small, generally unnoticeable quality difference from the re-compression.
