Fill in a PDF form
Detects a PDF's existing text and checkbox fields so you can fill them in directly, then download a completed (optionally flattened) copy.
Its text and checkbox fields are detected automatically.
Type into each field, right here. No printing and rescanning.
Get a completed copy, optionally flattened so it can no longer be edited.
Frequently asked
Are my files uploaded to your servers?
No. Fields are read and filled in this tab. Nothing is sent anywhere.
What if my PDF has no fillable fields?
You'll see a message saying so. This tool only works with PDFs that already have an interactive form built in (an AcroForm), not a form that's just printed text and lines.
What field types are supported?
Text fields and checkboxes. Dropdowns, radio groups, and signature fields aren't supported yet and are left untouched.
What does "flatten" do?
It bakes your entered values into the page permanently and removes the interactive form fields, so the result looks and behaves like a normal, read-only PDF instead of one still open for editing.
Does this work offline?
Yes, once the page has loaded.
