Frequently asked

Are my files uploaded to your servers?

No. Pixel colors are read directly from a canvas in this tab. Nothing is sent anywhere.

What gets copied when I click?

The hex code (like #3B82F6) is copied to your clipboard automatically. No extra button to press.

Can I see the RGB values too?

Yes. Both the hex code and the rgb(r, g, b) values are shown for every color you pick.

Is this exact, pixel by pixel?

Yes. Coordinates are mapped back to the image's full resolution, so what you click is the real pixel color, not an average.

Does this work offline?

Yes, once the page has loaded.
